Daunno Realty Services has joined efforts with The Reformed Church of Highland Park’s Affordable Housing Corporation (RCHP-AHC) to provide affordable housing and supportive services to low-income individuals and families all across New Jersey.
Our partnership with RCHP-AHC allows us to pair qualified landlord’s with tenants while offering the landlord the following assurances from RCHP-AHC.
- Guaranteed Rental Payments
- Premium Rental Pricing
- Long Term Leasing
- A Professional Property Maintenance Team that offers the following:
- Any repairs needed during or after tenancy (excluding appliances)
- 24/7 access to tenants
All told, RCHP-AHC currently has WAY MORE tenants in need than available housing opportunities and is looking for landlord partners interested in taking advantage of this program.

Please note: In an effort to support RCHP-AHC and the fight against homelessness in New Jersey, a percentage of any rental commission earned during the leasing process will be donated back to AHC from Jacqueline Teahl and Daunno Realty.
Additional Services: In addition to their Landlord / Tenant program, RCHP-AHC will purchase, rehab, and run their own affordable housing for low-income residents across central New Jersey, and help create support systems – including intentional, compassionate community – for each individual and family in one of their homes. In addition to housing, RCHP-AHC oversees three programs that provide support services for refugees and asylum seekers:
Accompany Now! – provides home studies and post-release services to unaccompanied minors. Learn more…
Still Waters – assists people who have been subjected to human trafficking. Learn more…
Interfaith-RISE – helps resettle refugees from around the world in central New Jersey. Learn more…
DISCLAIMER: This program is FOR QUALIFIED LANDLORD’S ONLY. RCHP-AHC does not accept tenant applications. Daunno Realty is bound by the New Jersey Fair Housing laws as outlined in the attached August 2018 letter from the NJ Attorney General and the NJ Division of Civil Rights. Read Letter…
